What is this indicator?
Measures the time elapsed since the last high and low of the most recent N candles to show trend strength and freshness. A crossover between the Aroon Up and Aroon Down lines is often read as a trend-change signal.
How to read the chart
When the indicator's main line takes on a clear direction, it usually confirms the market's dominant trend in that same direction; crossovers and changes in slope are the main points of focus.
